The wellbeing of people and the wellbeing of the whenua are inseparable. MOREHU PARTY supports long-term stewardship that protects taonga, respects local knowledge and enables responsible prosperity.

Before this priority becomes final party policy, MOREHU PARTY will:

Engage iwi, landowners, scientists, growers, industry and local communities.
Use credible evidence while respecting mātauranga and experience on the ground.
Seek solutions that are durable, understandable and fair across generations.
